Built by artists, for artists

We spent years applying to open calls, so we built the platform we wanted as artists. It helps you enter calls with less effort and pay safely.

How entries work

  1. Invitation

Organizers share a link to their open call. Follow it to see the call’s details and entry fee.

  2. Apply

Each call asks for its own details, but your profile and past work carry over. The more calls you enter, the easier it gets.

  3. Submit your pieces

Add one or more pieces to your entry. The entry fee applies to each piece, and you pay once at checkout.

  4. Track your status

See your entries and awards from one dashboard, across every organization you’ve applied to.

Upload from anywhere

Add work from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Photos. Images up to 100 MB and audio both work. Have your work in a PDF? Upload it from your computer and choose which pages to enter. For video, add a link, for example to YouTube or Vimeo. When a call asks for a CV or artist statement, attach it as a PDF.

Everything you upload is saved to your media library, ready for your next entry.

When results are in

Each organizer sends results when their judging is done, so timing varies by call. You’ll get an email either way.

If you win, accept your award from your dashboard. Your past entries and results stay there too.

Payment and privacy

Entry fees should be clear, safe, and fair. Several other open-call platforms offer no refunds at all.

Know what you’ll pay
The entry fee is on the call’s page before you start. A $25 fee for 3 pieces comes to $75, paid once at checkout.
Pay safely
Pay by card or popular wallets through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us, and you get an email receipt.
Fair refunds
Withdraw an entry and get the full fee back, minus only Stripe’s processing fee. Our commission is refunded too.

Have a link to a call?

Open it to enter. You can create your free artist account right there, and it’s ready for every call after that.
