Everything your open call needs
Entries, judging, entry fees, and awards in one system, from the first draft to the results. It’s built by people who have entered, judged, and run open calls.
Set up your call
Your deadline, fee, and fields
Set the deadline, an entry fee per piece or none at all, and the text fields you need, like a proposal, and PDF uploads like a CV, required or optional.
Public or invite-only
Make a call public so search engines can find it, or keep it invite-only and reachable only by its link.
Preview, then publish
Share a private preview with your team first. After launch you can still edit the call. Artists are emailed about changes that affect them, and big changes ask you to confirm first.
Collect entries
Several pieces per entry
Artists can enter several pieces at once, each with its own title and file, and any entry fee is charged per piece.
Images, audio, and PDFs, processed for you
Images get fast-loading previews with hidden metadata removed. Audio plays in any browser, with a waveform. Artists can upload a PDF and choose which pages to enter.
Video by link
Artists attach a link to video hosted elsewhere, and judges open it in one click.
One profile, one media library
An artist’s profile and uploaded files carry over to every call they enter, at any organization.
A dashboard for artists
Artists track every entry in one place, resume drafts, and withdraw if their plans change.
Flag or freeze an entry
Flag an entry with a note for your team, or freeze it so the artist can’t change it.
Judge with confidence
Stars, Yes/No, or a rubric
Pick a scheme for each round. A rubric has up to five equally weighted criteria, each scored 1–5.
Blind judging
Hide artist names, avatars, bios, or IDs from judges, so the work is judged on its own. CVs and other documents are held back too.
Rounds that narrow the field
Advance the top entries or everything above a score, then add or remove individual entries by hand.
Judges invited by email
Invite judges to a whole call or a single round. They can accept with an existing account or create one.
One dashboard for judges
Judges see every call they’re judging, with each piece ready to view, play, or open.
Scores at a glance
Each entry’s average score sits beside it, so you can see the field before deciding who advances.
Collect fees safely
Paid through Stripe
Artists pay with cards and popular wallets through Stripe Checkout. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Money goes straight to you
Entry fees land in your organization’s own Stripe account when each entry is submitted.
Every payment on record
Each call’s payments page lists every entry fee, refund, and commission, with its amount and date.
Refunds include our commission
Artists who withdraw before judging closes get their fee back, minus only Stripe’s processing fee.
No upfront cost
No subscription, per-call fee, or per-entry fee. We take 7.1% of the entry fees you collect, and nothing else.
Free calls stay free
Calls without an entry fee cost nothing: up to 100 entries per call and 3 free calls a month.
Announce the results
Award tiers
Name each award, add its value if it has one, and assign it to an entry.
Notify when you’re ready
Results go out only when you send them, so you can check every award first.
Artists accept or decline
Winners respond to their award from their dashboard, and you see each answer on the awards page.
